Anyone know how I stand legally, tomorrow will be the 90th day of my 30 day notice period. We have had no communication from the company for about 6 weeks other than the normal rumours and gossip which is being fed down the line.

IF they are still paying you and expecting you at work then you are still, by practice, still employed.
They MAY I repeat MAY need to re-start the process but don't count on it.
