Midway through Pre-season and....

...Nothing. We played our last game just over 6 weeks ago and with just over 6 weeks before our first league game and the club has seemed to stood still. We play our 1st pre season game in around 3 weeks and no one including Parkinson knows for sure if he is going to be in charge next year. Maybe this is the reason for the lack of activity in the tranfer market? It would make sense to get some signings in asap so the new team can start to gel before the season starts. The club needs to get its act in gear so we can start to move forward.

    Good 1st season after promotion for Exeter ...... they're only just outside the play-offs, and no team has managed to beat them yet in this years Third Division.

    Not sure how you make it midway through pre-season, the vast majority of clubs (seems like everybody except southampton) haven't even started pre-season training yet.

    And always, you get people complaining we haven't signed anybody, and all the best signings are getting away. Well nobody has signed anybody. Man Utd better sack Fergie, they haven't bought anybody yet and have sold their best player, so surely they are going down.

    it should say midway through the close season.. oh whatever it says we are utter chuff and will be for a good few years yet

    Maybe I should make it simpilar, we are half way between the end of last season and the start of the new season. I know there isnt really any teams making signings but what im trying to say is time is slipping away and it seems that Parkinson doesnt really know whats going on so how are we going to attract signing and try and get off to a good start.

    Robbie Mustoe and Jesper Blomqvist were deadline day deals as well, so there is hope yet!
