i was gutted when Peter Varney would not sack Reed no matter what. so what now? is he saying that he is still willing to give Reed money in January with no hope of winning a game let alone staying up?

    The dumbest thing was to give him a three year contract. At the most it should have been until the end of the season, with the promise that it would be extended if he kept us up. Hopefully Reed will resign and spare the club anymore grief.

    Get Pardew in and now.

    I would hope there was a probabtionary period in the contract!
