Have stumbled upon this site. If you have problems on or around the street you live in that you would like fixed, you simply enter the relevant details and the report is then sent to the appropriate Council dept. Very quick and easy and saves hanging on the phone for yonks. It also tells you about problems in your neighbourhood that others have reported and updates with news of what has or has not been done.
