Rivals gone

No, not Palace or Millwall but Rivals.com seem to have given up the ghost.

Seemed to have lost its way and most of its better editors/posters in recent years but was once way out ahead of any other network.

    Good riddance. Site design from about 1998, slow servers, its banner ads have served me up malware before and the Charlton rivals site was absolute crap the last four years of its existence.

    Very rarely visit it (or similar ones like vital or mad) anyway. Rarely anything on them that isn't somewhere else.

    Was basically mis managed. Didn't Reams manage the Charlton site for a while, thye totally mismamnaged him and caused his breakaway and setting up his own site. I think it was during this period of dispute that it was suggested I try CL. Never looked froward since.
