John Hughes RIP

edited August 2009 in Not Sports Related
Very sad to see he died of a heart attack yesterday , brought us some great films in the 80's such as the breakfast club , ferris bueller and weird science to name just three.

I'm sat indoors not well hoping I'll be ok to go to the match tomorrow whilst watching planes , trains and automobiles.

Drug abusers and heavily overweight people tend to go young, too.

I've seen Ferris Bueller's Day Off more times than I care to remember, I can probably quote it line by line.

    R.I.P John Hughes

"heeeeeyyy batter, batter, batter, swing batter"

"I heard that you were feeling ill, headache, fever & a chill, I came right here to restore your pluck, cos I'm the nurse that loves to ....." :0)

"You're Abe Froman? The sausage king of Chicago?" always amuses me that one
