The grey cloud that has been hanging over Charlton for the last three years looks like it's finally going to clear this afternoon leaving a bright sunny outlook for the foreseeable future

    As a fellow who spent a week on a boat on the 'pi55ing down' Norfolk broads last month that was only booked ,may i say,because the met office predicted the hottest driest summer for years,i'll pass.Got my umbrella ready
