Those that missed the opening weekend, do not fret. News rules allowing three grace weeks per season mean that you will have the opening week average score of two added to your total.

The big boys come into play this week, though there will be tighter managing of potentially one-sided fixtures this season. If it has a line through it, it is 'off coupon'.

So what exactly do you have to do, AFKA ? Well i'm glad you asked me that. You forecast three results from the list below, you get 1 point if you get the result in the right direction (home win, draw, away win), you get 3 points if you get an exact scoreline (1-1, 2-0 etc), and with a 5-point bonus, you get 14 points if you forecast a perfect set.
