Parky talking Transfers

I thought the OS and Charlton manager's never got to speculate on transfers and news never appeared on the OS until it was a done deal. Now Parky is speculating left, right and centre on our own players and those of other Clubs. Now I can't believe the Board would be happy with this unless they had either a) cleared it first or b) asked him to drop a few hints here and there to keep us entertained and happy that something was going on. Hey, it might even make us believe that a takeover was getting ever closer. Now speculation is a bit of fun and we always said never believe it until it's on the OS so what are we to make of this policy change ?
