Before the game on Saturday, please please go over the the hardy few Charlton fans and acknowledge them, indeed applaud them. Clench your fists and show them that you are going to give a disciplined, determined, gritty performance.

    Well of course, but something is need to get them psychologically geared up for the game to give such a performance, this would help I think.
