What is it with clubs that they feel they have to continually mess with shirts. Whats this black chevron doing on the Manchester United kit or the large white panel on the Birmingham City shirt. Closer to home the single white stripe on our shirt. Really pisses me off. I rekon that in another five years clubs will be waring shirts as garish, classless and non traditional as those worn by Rugby League clubs.

It's big business these days and like you said pretty awful. What really pisses me off though is no matter what the club is or who the manufacturer is, it's always 39.99 for an adult shirt regardless. Call me a cynic but this smacks of price fixing.

Looking at the Villa one, is that new? The only difference is a thin blue stripe along the shoulders??

Coming through New Cross and Deptford I've seen a lot of Spanners shirts. They look like the bastard child of Prostar and Sports Direct.
