    Just recieved aletter from the "Complaints" Dept:

    After accepting they were in the wrong to close my account they have offered me a "Goodwill Gesture" of £50.

    Its cost me more than that in "Unpaid" Bill Charges.

    I shall continue to fight for the "Little Man" (Sorry AFKA ! ;-)).
