Met him at a book signing about 20 years ago, he was still a very imposing figure then. There were a couple of older guys in tears after they had met him.

Certainly one of the most influential sportsmen of all time. It was very sad to see him needing help to get his shades on. Wonder what he makes of all the circus going on around him.

I'm still mildly irritated by my dad for losing the signed gloves that he was given by him.

He truly was The Greatest and it is sad to see how his illness has affected him.
