techies out there: meeting displays and revolving screen savers

Just wondered if anyone on here knew much about these, and any decent/free/trial products one can use?

I need meeting display stuff that shows what meeting is on referencing the Outlook Calendar for that resource

And a screensaver that will revolve through applications (ideally)
