    CAFC TV working okay for me and only a couple of seconds behind bbc radio 94.9

    If it doesn't work for you, try firefox browser instead of IE, or get the bbc radio stream from iplayer, the streams are teh same.

    I find CAFCTV works perfectly in IE but doesn't in Firefox :-S
