Lykia World is amazing, if you have kids they will have the time of their lifes, loads to do, massive water park there, two tips if you decide to go there, firstly arrange your own transfers from the hotel to the airport as it takes ages and you dont realise how hot it is out there until you there and if you can go out of school holidays then do so
Been a couple of times. Unless you're a perma tan type i'd go late April or late September. Alot of the towns cater for egg and chips northern monkeys but some of the all inclusive resorts are pretty good value.
I've been once and echo the above advice - go in spring or autumn, the sun is out but it isn't too hot or crowded and it's worth hiring a car and travelling around a bit. Trains there are non-existent which means either taxis or buses.
Visit Ephesus, Pammukale and travel around a bit, the major resorts such as Marmaris tend to suffer from a love affair with concrete, but there are loads of smaller resorts and coastal villages that are bit off the beaten track and if you are looking for a quiet holiday with a bit of sun that isn't too expensive then it's perfect.
yes. Just got back. Don't bother! Nice and hot but very boring - unless you liek the idea of Southend/Blackpool for 2 weeks. There are some nice little towns and the market is a good experiece and the food is nice if you can find somewhere traditional rather than burger and chips and roast dinners! I'd choose any of the Greek islands instead anyday!

And Lykia world is terrible. An absolute rip off and really really boring unless you have little kids.

Pretty much. Though April can be hit and miss (gret for us though) and high summer can push 40.
