Don't forget that management do see more of Izale that just on the pitch on Saturday and we are not the only ones who have decided not to play him. You've got to be poor to be brought in on loan and then dropped.0

BRENTFORD boss Andy Scott has decided not to offer a deal to former Charlton frontman Izale McLeod.
The 25-year-old had been on trial at Griffin Park, and played in the pre-season friendlies against Woking and Crystal Palace.
However, Scott has decided McLeod's not what he's looking for as he looks to finalise his squad ahead of the big kick-off at Carlisle on Saturday.0 -

I don't think he has anyone to blame but himself. His last three (including loan) managers all only have bad things to say about him. In such a small industry these things matter.0

He clearly has some ability but at the moment that is being outweighed by his poor attitude and lack of confidence on the pitch.
He's still got time on his side so will get a contract somewhere (maybe he'll have to drop down to League Two though surprised he hasn't been linked with Orient) and could still have a decent career0 -

Rotherham would not be the worst move for him, they are a decent L2 side and he would surely get plenty of chances to score. A good goal return and maybe a promotion would get his career back on track and maybe lead to a bigger move maybe in the Championship again.0

Not sure about that Harvey. Of course they need help - crossing the road in some cases - but I don't see why there shouldn't be a series of standard PFA endorsed contracts for the various levels they play at. I believe agents (and the sickening terms they demand) are the single biggest factor in the immediate loss from football of the incredible amounts of money Sky put in. Of course the clubs are foolish in the way they allow it to happen, but I genuinely don't see why the game couldn't operate perfectly well without them.0

Its finding the clubs, generating interest, finding a house, moving, changing details. When you wwant a new job you look through the papers, sign up to recruitment agencies etc. They are simply signing up to a similar agency who does a lot more than look throuh your CV.
I agree they take a lot of money but they are essential in some form.0 -

Only essential if the player can't do it for himself or can't be bothered.
But then, the same applies to many people selling a house.
They could do it themselves ....... or use an estate agent to (supposedly) find them a buyer.
