  • Great work @Stig

    Now, about that timeline
  • I'll do it in time Henry, but I remember getting over-exciting in January only for it to all go Pete Tong. Wan't to satisfy myself that Saandguard's not another wrong 'un before committing myself to any work ;)

Hady striker from Tooting & Mitcham.

Danny Mills scored in the 3rd minute of his debut against Crewe in 1998.

Mikhail Kennedy in the third minute, with I think his first touch.
    Correct

Dylan Gavin came on as sub for Wassim Aoauchria in the 69th minute so is V915, followed by Johl Powell (V916) for James Vennings.

    You've stolen @Henry Irving 's thunder, Ali.

Be worried, be very worried.

    Thanks Ali

Johl is the third Powell to play for Charlton. No pressure emulating the first two.
  • Is Johl any relation to the other two?

Not that I'm aware. Sure it would have been mentioned before if so.

Just saw ali’s comment which mine pretty much emulated so I’ll leave the field clear for hers.

    Were the other two related?
Yes. But not to each other.

  • When Katrien made Colin Powell redundant his termination letter was addressed to, you've guessed it, Chris Powell.

Colin who gave fantastic service to Cafc over so many decades as player and groundsman had every right to have a Paddy over that slip shod letter.

We now average around 15 to 20 new players a season so 900 should be in 5 or 6 years. Museum trustee Ian Wallis has written up 172 of the 871 so far for the updated Valiant 500
Reading back this was from Jan 2019, less than 2 years later we're well into the 900s.

How many of our debutants in recent seasons have been in the Checkatrade/Pizza trophy?

Johl's dad is Simon - long time CAFC supporter. Johl's elder brother Reise is also a decent footballer and was in our junior academy a few years back.
Both played for Junior Reds about 8 -10 years ago. (IIRC).

  • Expect Liam Millar to be V917 tonight as well as our first Canadian Addick.

Assuming Millar starts  and Schwartz comes off the bench, the Dane will be V918
  • @stig @aliwibble

Can we have a title update, please
