Recently, I've heard quite a lot of people using the word "cougar" in relation to an older woman. What is the difference, pray tell, between a cougar and MILF? I obviously know what MILF stands for, so is the presence of children the only differentiator between the two...?

If someone could explain the difference to me it is likely to be the most beneficial thing I learn all afternoon.
