The rather wonderful BRUISE (Isobel and Jim, who performed at the CARD fundraiser at The White Swan in Charlton Village at the weekend). They play fairly regularly at The Morden Arms in Greenwich. New- Agey folk and high-tempo rock. Tight, athletic drumming and dreamy vocals. Well worth seeing.
Durutti Column. I watche 24 hour party people the other night and decided it was time to revisit an old spot. I used to love this back in my University days.
