    To be fair he does seem to have got things on the up at Southampton, for the moment at least. But remember we (Charlton) weren't always a bad side under his management (most of the time I agree but not in the beginning).

    So long way to go deanovski. It certainly was a good time for Southampton to play us on Wednesday. 3 games in six days with Saturday coming the most important. Therefore Wednesday's side was very experimental and clearly didn't work for the most. It will be a very different side in the return league game. So we will see who has 'braging rights' after that .

    What's all this about Super Al thinking about signing Rooney's younger brother? Now that sounds more like the Pardew we all remember :-)

    Oh dear deanovski! 4 days is a long time in football.

    Thrashed by Palarse's rivals at home. 20 points behind now. Still possible you could catch us of course but.......
