Denley and Key are having a nightmare time of it. Key had a very poor start last season too and Denley seems to have lost all confidence since his call up. This season they've mustered juat 131 runs in 10 innings.
The problem is that, apart from Stevens, none of our batsmen are in consistently good nick. Rob Key is hardly leading from the front and is having the same dreadful start to this season as he did last. From 8 innings he hasn't even mustered a hundred runs in total.
