On Sunday we are having a belated thanksgiving do with some friends. Want to make a chocolate harvest cake which has pumkin cheese filling but cannot find cans of pumpkin anywhere. Tried usual supermArkets. Any ideas?

Stop mucking about and solve your problem by buying a pumpkin to make your own filling. All you need do is microwave the chunks for a few minutes, puree it and then add cream cheese and spices to your choice. Could not be simpler and probably better tasting than the factory made stuff.0
