Star of 'The Dambusters (playing Guy Gibson) and many other British films of the '50s and '60 died today aged ninety. Think that leaves only Richard Attenborough of 'the Old Guard' of that era.

I almost just fell over seeing the headline "Richard Todd RIP". That's my cousin's name and I just left him 45 seconds ago! Isn't life strange.

My mate did he is two son's funerals, or at least was involved in moving the body for the second one. Must have been real sad to see that after you've retired and trying to enjoy your life. RIP
