Appropriate Scoreline v Southend

I dont know if its been mentioned by anyone but a 1-0 win yesterday on the 17th (17th!!! omg) anniversary of the return to the Valley seems a highly appropriate scoreline. In fact had it gone in slightly earlier it would almost have been a mirror image

    i felt a bit like that.. but i thouight a draw was a much fairer result but not complaining.. what the hell was barnard doing wanting 3 touchers when the goal is open for me god knows but we got the 3 points thats all the matters !!

    Yea good result for Hartlepool fair play to them. Not comlaining either but it prob should have been a draw, but after how well we have been doing preivously a team like southend we prob should have destroyed still 3 points is 3 points and gained an extra 2 on Leeds so im happy.
