With the majority of games being called off, in the old days match of the day and the big match would hunt around for matches to show highlights of.Remember some 2nd & 3rd division teams getting some very rare coverage on occasions like today some 30 years ago.Orange balls and swept game lines.Very fond memories.

Remember it well, including the very precarious tv gantry that was erected half way up the east terrace on the rare occasion we were featured! As for orange balls, they seemed to disappear around the time outfield players started to wear gloves!
