He hasn't paid them a penny so far as he's still appealing it. Although in light of the latest revelations, i think his appeal might be rejected.

Mutu is such a waste of talent. He was a very decent player and had been linked with Man City this window but that could well be his career over considering how lucky he was to be given a second chance...by Capello of all people!

Hang on don't you think everyone is jumping to conclusions here, fair enough the first one was silly but at the time the guy had problems in his personal life and clearly wasn't with it.

This time while taking a weight control drug it contains a banned substance, now how can we say that is all the names mentioned above? Do we know for a fact Fiorentina's medical staff have said not to take this drug?

We don't know the details so before jumping to conclusions can we keep our opinions to ourselves?

Yeah because a footballer who does more exercise than most people needs an appetite surpressant which are normally amphete based

I reserve my right to be judgemental couldnt give a toss about his personal problems he took Charlie got caught, footballers careers are so short so we are told, they can do as much bugle as they want when they retire and no one will care should have had a life ban in the 1st place

Blimey are you his agent?! To be caught once is careless, to be caught twice is just pure stupidity.
Why is a professional footballer taking a drug for obese people anyway?

I'm not defending the first one at all just saying he did have problems. If any normal person has personal problems and develops a drink/drug problem they get all the help they need yet if they are a professional sports person they are criticised instantly.

All I'm saying about this one is that we don't know the details so how can we call someone a "twat" or call it stupidity?

All I know about Mutu is that he has tried his best to distance himself from the Cocaine episode, he donates a lot of time and money to local anti drug charities in Florence. Now just to wait for the comments about what a hypocrite he is now this latest scandal has arisen.
  • The Italian Olympic committee have revealed that Mutu failed TWO tests, 1 after a league game on Jan 10 and then again after a cup game on jan 20.

Wake up and smell the Houmous Coltie; do you honestly believe that was his idea?

May not be able to afford his donations to charity now, has lost his final appeal and has to cough up £14 mill to Chelski

Not much left to say that hasn't been said already. He will be off in the summer so his signing on fee will be heading right into Roman's coffers
