    I waited for 3.30 to pass, so they were in separate half hours and therefore in keeping with the rules.

    RESULT OF APPEAL

    Ok, this could end up getting complicated and the rule was slightly contentious so on this occasion in true Charlton style I will allow you to roll me over like a fairy.

    ASHTRAY'S VICTORY IS REINSTATED






    I will ammend that rule to the following for the future

    Each user can make 1 guess every 15 mins, if your "winning guess" is logged within a 15 minute period of time following your previous guess it will become void and the game will continue or the next winning guess will be deemed the winner.
