They are three hours ahead of us AFKA so im not sure what time they have stated kickoff will be local time for the final but if you know that they are 3 hours ahead of us. Hope that helps mate.

They're 2 hours ahead of us now but SA doesn't have daylight saving time so come the summer the difference will be just 1 hour.
