I was trying to work out who MacDonald was (no first name had been mentioned), then realised after seeing Henry's post that it was Charlie MacDonald! There's no way he's one who's 'come back to haunt us', not with his lower league career - we just happened to have 'met' him in the 3rd division during a dark period in our history!
As for George Boyd, I had to look him up on the net to find out who the hell he was!! A peterboro winger who happens to be a division above us now.We let him go at a time when we were just starting our 'glory years' in the prem, but just 'cos he's been called 'the white pele', he's hardly a worldbeater....
