Does anyone know of a good book detailing football finances in different leagues and among different clubs? Anything that would give something of a survey of the clubs in any league in the world (hopefully European, ideally English), their revenues, wages, spending etc. I'm looking for something that's good for details and numbers - the writing doesn't have to be up to scratch.
Alternatively, if people know of a good location or website to collect all this data so I can write a book of my own about it, please do let me know.
I'm not actually looking to write a book, by the way.
Thank you all very much

"If you want some accessible but informative insight into football then I suggest you couldn't do better than the Political Economy of Football website, which is not only intelligible but comes with the added bonus of being written by Addicks fan Wyn Grant." as someone says on the front page.

Also David Conn's books and blogs

Not sure if they have quite the breadth your are looking for but good starting points.
The Football Business
Hands-down the best book I've ever read on the business of football. I don't know if there's actually any website that gives you the detail you want - but Deloitte's do their annual report, which might have at least some of the info you're seeking
I keep reading that Deloitte's report is thorough, but any time I look for previous years' reports, all I can get is a one page ad for each of the 20 richest clubs in Europe. Keep looking, I guess.
