UPVC Window help

Having no DIY prowess, is there anyone out there who can help with a UVPC window lock mechanism question, how easy is it to replace the lock and moving rail on a faulty one, and wheres the best place to buy them, or would you recommend a locksmith etc?

    Sealtite windows in Dartford just off Victoria Road. Ask for Bill, he will help you out. Best you take the stays ( moving rails) with you as there are many different types. All are easy to replace with a screwdriver.
