Just saw a news clip on TV involving a fight between a BNP campaigner and a passer by. Passer by swears at the BNP guy then spits in his face. Newsperson comments "Look, the BNP guy has a suit and tie on but just look how he reacts" By the tone of voice it seems the reporter thinks anyone excercising their democratic right to campaign can be abused and spat at in the street by whoever.
