Was in the Millenium Lounge after the leeds game, and the lad was running about and i can honestly say you will not see a happier, more carefree-looking kid in your life. He has a smile that could melt the coldest of hearts.

I'd like to think once the dust has settled, we can get our heads together on here and try and find a way to make a contribution. If anyone has any ideas, please send me a whisper.

This story truly brought a lump to my throat

I've got this appeal as a sticky on another forum I frequent so hopefully we can raise a bit of awareness.

Times like this I wish I had more clout and was able to make more people aware of causes like this. Genuinely touching story

Donation made and story and links tweeted from my football site's account, so hopefully a fair few people will read it through that.

I didn't want to read it as I didn't want to get upset at work

I have made a donation though and I wish him the very best
