There will undoubtedly be a tonne of post-match threads, but I for one wanted to say that I thought the squad (playing and managing!) did the club and us proud tonight. What a great match, and save one unfortunate blunder, we outright dominated to my eye. Would have loved to watch that one had anyone else been playing.
To lose on a single missed penalty...gutted for Bailey, but was really impressed with the bottle shown by the others. Quality, gutsy finishes all.
I was proud to be an Addick tonight, and as I posted in the match thread. based upon the pain in my gut, I think I've graduated from plastic tonight!
The consequences may be severe, but that's a discussion for another day.
