Just joined up and noticed that people tend to announce themselves so, here I am.

I live in Bexley and decided upon the login name as it reflects my great age!

    I hope there are more than two Charlton fans in Bexley - that's a bit like when you go to the US and someone says "where are you from?", to keep it simple you say "London" and they reply "Oh, I've got a cousin in Glasgow, maybe you know him?"!

    Having said that, I think I have met Ken.

    got a great deal from saga last year for the car insurance, nearly cancelled it when l found out they specialise in the over 50s. Obviously l crept in under the radar! : ) welcome saga.

    Paddy7 said it's an interesting time to join, well yes, it is! I am desperate for any news or rumours about the club after the result on Monday and I don't think I can rely on the official website.

    I don't read the OS as much as I used to ...... I know the club has to be a business, but the OS often just comes across as a blatant marketing & sales tool.

    Hi m8,i am new to the board as well,but have lurked before..Didnt announce myself yesterday as was trying to show our fellow fans,life will get back to norm and we will grace the prem withing 5 years!
    By way i was born a bex lad,then had to move to maidstone,now the outbacks of norfolk!

    Supprised nobody has mentioned it but when quoting make sure BBCode is selected as the format. It keeps things nice and tidy.

    Henry Irving will tell you to not believe anything unless it's on the official site but to be honest if anythings worth knowing you'll hear about it on here at least a week earlier than the OS.
