Bit of an overkill on sterotypes, but still rather amusing and thought provoking. Have no fear though, the 'Special Relationship' endures and the US will see its supremacy acknowledged. The legacy of Reagan and Bush will be on display as True Brits start to hold their hands over their hearts whilst God save the Queen is sung. Or it may be that they're checking that the blecks haven't knicked their i-Pads and wallets, our colonial past has clearly taught us quite a lot. But just to make sure that we prove how British we are, the England flags are already flying from the windows of the clapped out Fords, while the supermarkets and charity shops are stocked up with endless red and white paraphernalia all of which seems to be made in China. Pub share owners are hoping for a bonanza and Nick Clegg, our cloned white Obama, is probably preparing his 'Yes we can' speech. Right now though, I'll take anything that helps to drown out thoughts of CAFC, including elephant farts.
