An alternative way to deal with dodgy refereeing...

I have been attempting to overcome my bitter disappointment with the dodgy calls and ridiculous diving in the World Cup over the last four days by reading about football. The book I'm currently working through is about football in Africa and includes a section on Congo's TK Mazembe.

Here's how Mazembe ultimately dealt with a series of dodgy calls from a ref in Kigali last month.

The player who got the red card is Tresor Mputu, "the next Samuel Eto'o," who was rumored to be heading to a number of SPL and EPL clubs this month. Perhaps not.

    If anyone didn't view the 34 second clip, then you should, it's well worth it, especially the end bit !

    Ha ha. I'd love someone to have done that to Rob Styles, Mike Reilly or Graham Poll :-)
