Boyd signs for Boro but no mention of Bailey deal completed.

It seems that Middlesborough have completed the deal for Kris Boyd from Rangers but no mention of the Bailey deal being completed. It was thought that it was just waiting for the Boro Cheif Exec to sign off the deal, surely this would have been required for the Boyd deal as well!. Seems a little strange to me.

Maybe they don't want to splash two deals in the same day. Surprised Boyd didn't get a Prem side, although think he would have struggled at that level.0

Wasn't Boyd out of contract ?

Yep. And the more signings we make the greater the need to get the money in for Bailey. We're desperate and they are likely to exploit that fact.0 -
