A few months ago Npower asked punters for ideas on how to save money, I told them to stop wasting money sponsoring cricket and football and give the money to old people struggling to pay their winter fuel bills...
The other day some bloke rings me up to tell me I've won two tickets for Saturdays match between Charlton and Bournemouth sponsored by Npower...
My dilemma was, do I stick to my principles and tell them to shove their money wasting gratuities up their arse or let the old coffin dodgers suffer...
Anyway, my bus ticket's booked for Friday night and I'll be hitting the big smoke early Saturday morning...
Seeing as I've got no mates I've got a spare ticket, good news, it's free, not so good news, you'll have to sit next to me for a whole hour and a half...
