Did Cardiff owe cafc money?

Does this mean CAFC were not owed any money from Cardiff?

    They do, but we've already spent it.

    i'm guessing they must of paid up.

    they don't owe us. They did but we sold the debt to a factoring company so they are now owed the money and not us. Still counts as a football debt though.
