[cite]Posted By: SE9[/cite]Not sure if any huddersfield pleaded not guilty. All Charlton pleaded not guilty so if found guilty will more than likley face prison

This still ongoing fella, thought it was all dealt with, and judging by the judges summing up, your right....

Yeah mate they are up at the end of November.

"Make no mistake, your pleas of guilty have saved you from an immediate custodial sentence"
  • [cite]Posted By: ValleyGary[/cite]me and a couple of mates went Southampton away last year. JT was there. One of the most embarrasing moments of my life....enough punishment in itself.
  • The Charlton fans have had the case against them thrown out of court this morning.
  • Sounds right

    Brilliant
  • After being on bail for over a year and all the worry of what's going to happen to them it's very good news. Another time when the police are time wasting peoples life.
  • What was it thrown out for?

No evidence offered by the prosecution as it was thought it was an arranged fight and after analyzing peoples phone there was no evidence.

Waste of people years as a few lost jobs over this. As i said before, O.B giving out civil bans means people are ion the wrong place at at wrong time.

Anyway.... Judge to defendant " how much are you claiming as costs?"
    Defendant " £20"

Judge " You could have walked here from where you live"
    Defendant " its bus fare"

Judge to another defendant, " i guess your going to ask for £20 to as your his brother?

Defendent" no, i don't want nothing"
Judge " why? is that because you shared a cab? lol

All that cost, plus holding up cases which should have been in court. I was on jury service recently and there was a case there which was thrown out because the prosecution witness could not be found and had not been seen for months, why these cases get to court I don't know, but if we could nip them in the court preparation stage there would be less of a queue to get into court and cost savings. I balme the CPS.
