Commentary on Saturday said Semedo was captain. McCormack and Doherty played so unless it's going to change every game I'd assume it's him.

Can anyone at the game confirm Semedo was captain?

Semedo was captain at Exeter, yes.

And as evidenced by the three different stand-ins thus far this season, there is no official vice-captain.

That's not necessarily true. Every time Semedo has played and Dailly hasn't he's been captain. That's only 1 game I know, but he may be the official vice-captain.

I expect Semedo is vice-captain, with McCormack third in line.
