Anyone see this last night.
It was about Geoffrey Wellum, at 18 one of the youngest Battle Of Britain pilots.
Superbly made and a great insight into the lives of the 'Boys' who fought for us.
If its on iplayer and you missed it, make sure you dont miss it again!!
Very humbling! I nearly blubbed!
Never forget!

    It was nice to see some of the footage from the 1969 "Battle of Britain" movie getting yet another outing!

    I saw it and also read the book it was based on. Enjoyed both. I think the most telling part of it is the impact it had on his mental health for decades after.

    As per normal, the book is worth a read.
    A bit more detail and a lot more content.

    Really enjoyed last nights doc/drama.
