“We all sat down after Brighton and assessed what was going wrong.
“We looked at the games where we had played well and analysed what we’d done in those matches and tried to go back to that. It was a case of going back to basics.
“Since then we’ve defended a lot better, kept a better shape and we’ve looked threatening going forward. We’ve got goals in us and everyone has nailed down their jobs.
“As a group we’re more organised and more aware of the roles we’ve got to play. No one is shirking anything and that’s important.
“Intensity was one of the things we looked at, starting well, getting a foothold in games and imposing ourselves on the opposition.
“That’s what we’ve done in our fixtures since Brighton. We have been playing well and the win at Swindon in our last league game was probably our best performance of the lot this season.”
