Plumber needed - quick job

upstairs hot tap not working. Would like it repaired before Xmas as have housefull of guests. Am in all day Xmas Eve if anyone available. Thanks. Erith area.

    I've currently got no hot water in my whole flat, the thermostat has gone again I think. It's the 4th time in 4 years since I've been here that it's gone which I think is strange. I can't get hold of the guy who usually sorts it for me.
