Watched it on tv today, did anyone else notice Peter Varneys' rather angry and dare I say it shameful face. God I hope Reg points out to Slater and Jimez that there is a rather good out-of-work manager sitting on his hand in Essex at the mo!

    I could see Varney and Slater from where I was sitting. Varney was slouched in his seat and looked utterly embarrassed like we all did tonight. Slater didn't know where to look.
