RIP Mick. A true one-off... Thoughts with his young family in Cyprus.

John Taylor of Duran Duran pays a nice tribute to him on their website. Japan were brilliant and Mick Karn was the engine room, very sad RIP

My Mrs loved Mick Karn & Japan - took her to see them a few times.

Teena Marie also died last week - 53.

Worrying when "pop stars" not much older than you are dying :-(

Mick Karn, like David Sylvian and the rest of Japan went to my school (Catford Boys).
