1.HODDLE -Available and Talented -I would think a good Choice

2.POYET -Done a great Job at Brighton so far --will they stay there ? and can you see them Investing Next season if they make Championship - Would be a good move for him

3.CURBS/ DAY -Varney Connection and Bl**dy Good manager and must have one more Challenge in them.

Who else is out there and who else would you want ?

    1. Think he's happy pursuing other projects at the moment

    2. Yes he'll stay, yes he'll get money in the Championship

    3. Yes a bloody good manager, yes I think he still has a great deal to offer, no it won't be with us

I heard a rumour that Alex Ferguson has fallen out with his Board again
He's really hacked off there and would a relish a new challenge.

He's just waiting for a new club to come and get him.

Deco? Oooh now that's controversial... he's gone to Fluminense I think

Everyone keeps suggesting these losers. Think that now we've been taken over, we should start thinking a bit a bigger. My suggestions (take em or leave em) are:

    1. Alf Ramsey - Did pretty well with England, no reason why he couldn't work his magic at the Valley

    2. Jock Stein - Achieved at Celtic, but struggled during his brief stint in the English game. Is League one a step too far?

    3. Bill Shankly - V good at Liverpool, but never managed to bag European Cup. I have my doubts.

    4. Chris Powell - Charlton legend with great relationship to the fans. Would love to see him in the 'hotseat'.

At least Chrissie Powell is alive and kickin.
The others are pushing up the daisies.

Look, i know we're all bored and dying to know who it will be but do we really need another thread about this????!!!!

Time for admin to start turning some of these into the titanic i think.

Was also going to start a new thread myself as i have now found out who the money man is behind slater but i'll just stick it here. He's an american guy who owns one of the biggest power companies in the U.S. His name is Montgomery Burns. He instructed his advisor (Smithers) to find him a top rate english football club.........so remember you heard it here first.

They are turning it into a vintage rides' theme park, they have shipped in quite a few already. Will probably be open before we assign a new manager!
