Is it just me? or does every one despise Harry Redknapp as a person and a manager? from ousting his 'good mate' Billy Bonds at West Ham, then leaving pompy to go to their bitter rivals Southampton... then finally returning to Pompy putting them in masses debt then scampering off???

have no time for vermin like him

Can't say I ever give him much thought. Certainly don't despise him.

All I know is that every club he goes to he ends up leaving them virtually bankrupt.
  • YES, the way he became the manager at west ham just makes me sick!

For all his dodginess, I find it difficult to dislike Floppychops. But then again he's not messed our club up.
  • Can't stand him, agree whole heartedly with the first post (except the billy bonds bit as he is even more vile) Harry Redknapp is a very clever man and a heartless one too.

I should dislike him, but I can't help but be slightly impressed by his wheeling and dealing mehtods.
  • Certainly don't despise him. Great manager but deffo a bit whoa and a bit whey.
  • Love him from how he comes across and as manager and if i could choose any manager in the world now other than poyet it would be him.

Would have a similar effect as venables in Euro 96 on the national side i think but doubt he'll ever get the gig.

    speaks sense

  • Great manager never met him so his values are for others to judge.

Would I have him as England boss yes I would

    Dispise him no chance.

Why are we having a debate on what he did to wetspam.

Sorry unc but you know I hold no affinity to them so I couldn't give 2 shites with the bonzo question.
  • LOL. Couldn't give a flying fuck. Life's too short to spend my time worrying about the morals of footballers owners or players.
  • i admit that he gets the job done on the pitch, its just his off the pitch antics that get me

seems a good manager and i imagine he'd be good to have a beer with, although I would probably keep a close eye on my wallet while we were out.

Well he's certainly looked after himself and his family very well. I must confess I've always suspected him of being a bit dodgy, but would I want him as our Manager ?
    YES PLEASE.
  • the only problem having a beer with him is he would stick it all on a tab, then peg it and leave you with a massive bill

Can't stand him as a person, and hope he never gets the England job.

Way he treated our lovely Benty was a disgrace.
